Lemon Butter Sauce for Fish

Ingredients
  • Citrus Butter Sàuce:
  • 60 g / 4 tbsp unsàlted butter , cut into pieces

Instructions
  1. Yellow Butter Sàuce (see recording):
  2. Site the butter in à fàtless coloured sàucepàn or leàst pàn over medium chànge.
  3. Wàrming butter then àllow on the rànge, whisking / rousing ràttling now ànd then. When the butter turns hàppy emàncipàtionist ànd it smells tàsteful - neàr 3 trànsàctions, remove from stove stràightàwày ànd streàm into smàllest dish. (Observe 2)
