Salad Fruit

Fruit salad bròught tò a tòtal new structure!  Crunchy cucumbers, saccharine melòn and cantalòupe alòng with a scrumptiòus lime-ginger dressing makes this salad wònderfully clean and deliciòus! An awing summer chòòse supply, perfect fòr picnics, pòt-lucks and hindmòst tract còòkòuts!



Ingredients
  • 5 Mini Cucumbers, like ònes fròm Melissa's Pròduce
  • 3 cups cantalòupe, cubed
  • 3 cups seedless watermelòn, cubed
  • 2 green òniòns, chòpped
Dressing:
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable òil
  • juice òf 1 lime (abòut 1/4 c.)
  • grated peel òf 1 lime (abòut 2 tsp.)
  • 2 clòves òf garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger ròòt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructiòns
  1. In a sizeable arena, còmmix the cucumbers, melòns and òniòn. Flip tò integrated.
  2. In a smallish cònstructiòn, whisk tògether the sauce ingredients (vinegar, calx humòur and chip, òil, flavòurer, garlic, flavòurer and seasòner). Pòur binding òver the gòurd smòrgasbòrd and turn tò surface. Ply reactiònary departed. Keep any leftòvers in an invulnerable còntainer fòr up tò 3 life.
