How have you ever been enjoying our grilled summer recipes to this point this summer? This Paleo + Whole30 grilled pineapple chicken may simply be my personal favorite! It’s got this smoky barbecue flavor, with a touch of sweetness which grilled pineapple…does it even get any better? Healthy summer dinners haven't tasted thus good!

Ingredients
1 contemporary pineapple, skin removed and take away rounds with the core removed
2 lbs deboned chicken thighs (or breasts)
For the marinade:
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup ingredient
4-6 cavitied dates, soaked for 10-15 minutes in heat water to melt then drained
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp seasoner
1 tsp smoke-dried paprika
For serving and topping:
White or cauli rice (Cauli rice for Whole30)
Mixed greens
Chopped inexperienced onions (for topping)
Instructions
Soak dates in heat water as noted to melt.
