AMISH COUNTRY CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

500 g food your alternative ( sixteen oz )
1 TB oil extra-virgin
1 Onion shredded
750 g Lean beef ( one 1/2 pounds )
1 will Tomato Soup **See note in post
1 will Mushroom Soup **See note in post
1 cup Milk
Salt and Black Pepper to style
1/2 t Paprika
1/2 t Dried Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat the kitchen appliance to one hundred eighty deg C (350 deg F) – spray an oversized kitchen appliance dish with cookery spray.
  2. Cook the food, in a very massive pot, as per the directions on the packet.
  3. Meanwhile, saute the Onion within the oil till soft – add the bottom Beef and cook till done.
  4. As shortly because the food is finished – drain and come to the pot.
  5. Add the braised Meat, Tomato and Mushroom Soups and Milk to the food – stir through – season to style with Salt and Pepper.
  6. Transfer to the ready kitchen appliance dish – sprinkle with Paprika and Parsley – bake twenty five – half-hour.
