Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl


INGREDIENTS
1 avoirdupois unit ground pork
1 tbsp oil
1 tiny onion, chopped
2 cloves recent garlic, minced
1 tbsp recent ginger, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp condiment, or tamari
1 tbsp Sriracha, or to style
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tiny cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/3 cup broth or water
salt and pepper, to taste
2-3 scallion, chopped
2 tsp benny seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat an outsized frying pan over medium heat. Add oil and ground pork. Cook the pork till brunette and hard-baked through.
  2. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir well, and cook till softened and clear, concerning five minutes.
  3. Add vegetable oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar, and stir well.
  4. Add cabbage and carrot, and broth. Stir to coat. Cook, stirring often, for five minutes, till slightly softened.  If you would like additional tender cabbage, cook five minutes additional. 
  5. Garnish with inexperienced onions and benny seeds.
