INGREDIENTS
1 avoirdupois unit ground pork
1 tbsp oil
1 tiny onion, chopped
2 cloves recent garlic, minced
1 tbsp recent ginger, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp condiment, or tamari
1 tbsp Sriracha, or to style
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tiny cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/3 cup broth or water
salt and pepper, to taste
2-3 scallion, chopped
2 tsp benny seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat an outsized frying pan over medium heat. Add oil and ground pork. Cook the pork till brunette and hard-baked through.
- Add the onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir well, and cook till softened and clear, concerning five minutes.
- Add vegetable oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar, and stir well.
- Add cabbage and carrot, and broth. Stir to coat. Cook, stirring often, for five minutes, till slightly softened. If you would like additional tender cabbage, cook five minutes additional.
- Garnish with inexperienced onions and benny seeds.
