HOMEMADE BEAN AND BACON SOUP

INGREDIENTS

1 cup diced yellow onions
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups stock
3 cans (15 oz each) nice Northern beans, drained and rinsed
salt and pepper
1 will (8 oz) pasta sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the bacon during a soup pot or Dutch kitchen appliance till crisp. take away with a slotted spoon to a towel lined plate. Discard just {about|almost|most|nearly|near|nigh|virtually|well-nigh} about two tablespoons of the bacon grease.
