Mexican dish
This Mexican dish is that the excellent twist on a classic.
Ingredients
2 pounds hamburger
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried cilantro leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Dash hot Poivrade or Tabasco elective
1 tablespoon taco seasoning I used my direction for homemade taco seasoning
1/2 cup cut onion or regular onion
1/2 cup cut red or inexperienced sweet peppers
1 cup frozen corn
2 ten ounce cans Rotel tomatoes with inexperienced chilis (well drained)
1 egg
2 cups crushed battercake chips or corn chips divided (I used tostado chips)
Topping for Mexican meatloaf:
1/2 cup condiment
1/2 cup crushed battercake chips
1/2 cup cut Mexican cheese I used a Finely cut party mix that's a mixture of Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Queso Quesadilla and Asadero Cheese that came from Walmart

Instructions
- Mix along during a massive bowl the bottom beef with the minced garlic, cilantro, pepper, salt, sauce and taco seasoning.
- Fold within the onions, peppers, corn, drained tomatoes, egg and one 1/2 cups of the crushed battercake chips.
- Form into a loaf and place in baking dish (I used a nine x 13). Bake in preheated 350 degree kitchen appliance, uncovered, for half-hour. take away and add the condiment, crushed battercake chips and cheese to the highest of the dish. Raise the kitchen appliance heat to 375 and bake for thirty five a lot of minutes uncovered. Makes eight to ten servings.
