2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup cut onion
3/4 cup cut celery
2 cups cauliflower rice
1 cup cut urban center Jack cheese
1 cup cut sharp cheese
4 oz canned inexperienced chiles drained

1/2 cup cream

1/2 tsp black pepper
