Green Chile Cauliflower Casserole

Green Chile Cauliflower Rice Bake may be a low carb remake of AN recent family favorite.  Cauliflower rice baked in a very creamy, chintzy sauce decorated with inexperienced chiles and topped  with icky cheese...it's TX food at it's finest.  Quick, straightforward and nice for weekly meal prep!

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup cut onion
3/4 cup cut celery
2 cups cauliflower rice
1 cup cut urban center Jack cheese
1 cup cut sharp cheese
4 oz canned inexperienced chiles drained
1/2 cup soured cream full fat
1/2 cup cream
1 one/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp coarse garlic

Instructions

1. Preheat kitchen appliance to 325 degrees. Butter or grease AN 8x8 pan and put aside.
