INGREDIENTS
1/2 tablespoon oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add oil to alittle pan over medium low heat. Saute onion and minced jalapeno. flip heat to low and add cut cheese and milk. Stir unendingly till cheese is molten. Slowly stir in enough stock to skinny intent on desired consistency.
- Stir in recent cut cilantro and finely diced sun mature tomatoes.
